Leading, well-established German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Employment & Labor and Tax practices in the Berlin office. The role combines high-level advisory and contentious work for domestic and international clients, with opportunities to lead matters and develop the team locally.

The successful candidate will take a visible market-facing role: advising on complex employment law matters and related tax issues, coordinating cross-practice work, and driving business development. This is a strategic hire for a partner able to bring or grow a portable practice in the region.

Partner-level experience in employment law with significant exposure to tax-related issues
Track record of leading matters and managing teams
Proven business development capability; a portable practice is desirable
Admitted to practise in Germany or equivalent qualification; fluent German and strong English
