Leading German law firm is seeking a partner to join its Munich office to lead and develop the Employment & Labor and Tax practices. The role combines client advisory, contentious work where relevant, and cross-practice collaboration on domestic and international matters.

The successful candidate will take a front-line role in business development, manage and mentor fee-earners, and work closely with other practice groups to service corporate and high-net-worth clients. A portable practice / book of business is welcome and will be considered in the appointment.

Established partner-level experience advising on employment and tax matters in Germany.
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management; portable matters appreciated.
Experience leading teams and supervising associates.
Strong technical knowledge of German employment law and tax issues; transactional and advisory experience.
Fluency in German and English; admission to practice in Germany.
