Leading national firm seeks a Labor & Employment partner to join its West Palm Beach office. The role focuses on counseling and litigation across employment law matters for a mix of private- and public‑sector clients.

This is a partner-track lateral opportunity for an attorney with an established employment practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships. The team handles a broad range of labor and employment matters, including preventive counseling, employment litigation, wage-and-hour disputes, and workplace policy work.

Admitted to practice in Florida (or eligible and willing to obtain admission)
Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including litigation and counseling
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice welcomed
Strong leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills to help grow a regional office
