Lateral Partner — Employment & Tax, Frankfurt

Senior partner-level hire to join a well-regarded German office, leading and growing a dual Employment & Tax practice from Frankfurt. The role involves advising corporate clients on complex employment law matters with tax implications, working across teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The position offers leadership of client relationships, responsibility for originating and developing work, and collaboration with tax and employment teams on cross-disciplinary mandates. A portable practice is welcome; the office is flexible for the right candidate.

• Qualified to practise in Germany (admitted attorney or equivalent).
• Established partner-level experience in employment law and tax advisory, ideally advising corporate clients and HR departments.
• Proven business development track record and client management skills; portable practice preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; fluent German and professional English.
