Top-tier German firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Munich team in the Employment & Labor and Tax practices. The role combines client advisory and contentious work across employment law and related tax issues, advising domestic and international employers.

We are looking for a commercial partner to lead and grow the practice, work closely with existing teams across disciplines, and manage complex, high-value matters. A portable practice is welcome; the firm is open to experienced hires who can bring or develop client relationships.

Established partner-level experience in employment/labor law with significant exposure to employment-related tax matters
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management at partner level; portability of a practice welcomed
Experience leading teams and working across practice groups on cross-border matters
Qualified/admitted to practice in Germany and fluent in German; strong English skills for international clients
