Partner — Litigation, Munich

Leading international litigation practice seeks a partner to join its Munich disputes team. The role focuses on high‑stakes commercial litigation and international arbitration for sophisticated corporate clients, with regular cross‑border and courtroom/tribunal work.

The ideal candidate will lead matters from client intake through hearing, collaborate with teams across jurisdictions, and help grow the local practice. This is a partner role where a portable practice and the ability to bring or develop client relationships are important.

• Established partner‑level litigation or arbitration experience, including leading commercial disputes and advocacy in court or arbitral tribunals.
• Track record of managing complex, cross‑border matters and working with international teams.
• Eligible to practise in Germany (or admitted in a comparable jurisdiction) and able to work bilingually in German and English.
• Proven business development ability or a portable client base appropriate for a partner hire.
