The role will sit across the firm's German offices and focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters for institutional and corporate clients.
The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop and manage teams on high‑stakes disputes, and work closely with cross‑border colleagues. This is a client‑facing role offering broad responsibility on strategic case work and business development within the disputes arena.
Applicants with a portable practice or an established book of business in commercial litigation or international arbitration are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Established partner with a strong track record in commercial litigation and international arbitration
- Experience leading teams on complex, cross‑border disputes and arbitrations
- Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable practice preferred
- Fluency in German and English and authorization to practice in Germany (or ability to obtain)
