Leading global law firm seeks an experienced equity lateral partner to head and grow its Munich litigation practice. The role combines commercial litigation with international arbitration work and will lead a small team of lawyers.

The practice focuses on disputes arising from finance/PE, banking and insurance, and has additional activity across automotive and defence sectors. The successful candidate will be Munich‑based, bring an established portable practice and strong client relationships in the region, and have a track record of originating and managing mandates.

Established equity partner with several years' partnership experience and a proven record of leading teams.
Recognised commercial litigation experience, with significant international arbitration exposure (mixed litigation/arbitration profile preferred over pure arbitration).
Portable practice and demonstrable client relationships in the Munich market.
Sector experience in finance/PE disputes, banking & insurance, automotive or defence advantageous.
