Leading international law firm seeks a partner to lead and expand its litigation practice in the Munich office. The role will focus on high-value commercial disputes, arbitration and cross-border litigation matters for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will have a market-facing practice, handle complex civil and commercial litigation, and work closely with colleagues across Europe and the US. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for matter strategy, client management and business development.

Established partner-level litigation experience in Germany (commercial litigation and/or international arbitration).
Proven track record of leading complex disputes and managing teams.
Strong client development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new business.
Fluency in German and English; ability to work on cross-border matters.
