Leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to join its Munich disputes team. The role suits a partner with an established litigation practice who will lead matters, develop client relationships and contribute to the team s business development.

The position suits a partner whose work combines commercial litigation with arbitration (domestic and international), and who can advise on high-value disputes across finance, private equity, banking, insurance and industry sectors such as automotive and defence.

Established partner-qualified litigator with several years in a partner or equity-partner role.
Portable practice with demonstrable client relationships and an ability to generate new work in the Munich market.
Primary focus on commercial litigation or a litigation/arbitration mix (role is not suited to candidates focusing solely on arbitration).
Experience handling disputes in finance/PE, banking/insurance or industry sectors (automotive, defence) preferred.
Proven team leadership and ability to manage/mentor junior lawyers (small team management). Full-time commitment.
