The role will focus on advising sponsors, operators and contractors on complex oil & gas, energy infrastructure and construction matters across the region.

The team handles high-value transactional and advisory work; the successful candidate will be expected to take a visible leadership role on mandates, develop business and mentor junior lawyers. This opportunity suits a partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships in the Gulf.

Proven partner-level experience in energy, oil & gas or large-scale construction/infrastructure work.
Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships and a portable practice suited to the Gulf market.
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills on complex contracts and commercial arrangements.
Ability to lead and develop a team in a cross-border, international practice; eligibility to work in UAE or willingness to relocate.
