Top-tier US firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Energy and Environmental practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on counseling project sponsors, developers, and corporate clients on energy transactions, infrastructure development, and environmental/regulatory matters.

The partner will supervise and develop a team of attorneys, drive business development, and work cross-practice on complex, high-value matters. Candidates should be comfortable handling both transactional and regulatory issues across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including infrastructure projects and related regulatory matters.
Proven track record of business development and client management; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Experience leading teams and supervising associates; strong mentoring and practice-building skills.
Admission to practice and eligibility to work in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
