Senior hire for a national practice seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow an energy and environmental practice from the firm's Austin office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, permitting, enforcement defense, and transactional support for energy-sector clients.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience with federal and state environmental statutes and regulations (including EPA-related matters), a track record of managing complex regulatory matters, and the ability to develop and supervise teams. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established partner with a strong background in energy and environmental law
Experience with EPA/regulatory enforcement, permitting, and compliance matters
Proven business development record or portable client relationships
Bar admission in Texas or ability to obtain admission; experience in federal/state regulatory forums
