Leading global firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Austin. The role focuses on advising clients across energy and infrastructure projects, regulatory and environmental matters, and related transactional work.

We are looking for a partner who will grow an existing practice, develop new business, and collaborate across national teams. The opportunity is location‑agile and will work closely with cross‑disciplinary specialists on complex, high‑value matters.

Proven partner/leader with established experience in energy, environmental, and infrastructure matters.
Portable practice or demonstrable business development track record preferred.
Strong transactional, regulatory, and/or project experience relevant to energy and infrastructure clients.
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Texas; ability to work with national teams.
