This is a rainmaking role: the firm seeks an experienced energy/environmental partner who can grow a regional practice, mentor lawyers, and work collaboratively across practices to service corporate and project-focused clients.

Established partner-level experience advising on energy and environmental matters, including infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of originating or managing client engagements and developing business.
Strong technical knowledge of regulatory, permitting, transactional, or litigation aspects relevant to energy and infrastructure.
Licensed in Texas or able to become licensed; experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
