Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental (Bay Area)

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental team on a Bay Area basis. The role is practice-focused and client-facing, advising on energy and infrastructure-related matters across transactional and regulatory work.

The firm offers a location-agile arrangement with a collaborative team and a platform for partners who bring or can develop a portable practice. The successful hire will work on cross-disciplinary matters and help grow the practice regionally and nationally.

• Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with a focus on infrastructure-related matters.
• Established client relationships and a demonstrable ability to generate and develop business; portable book of business welcomed.
• Strong transactional and regulatory skills; experience advising clients across project development, permitting, and compliance matters preferred.
• Bar admission in appropriate U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work on a Bay Area basis (location-agile).
