Senior partner-level opening for an experienced energy and environmental practitioner to join a well-regarded international law firm’s Beijing office. The role focuses on advising developers, sponsors and financiers across energy, infrastructure and environmental matters, including project development and regulatory work.

The firm offers a platform to lead and grow a market-facing practice in China, working with cross-border teams and regional colleagues on transactional and regulatory matters. Candidates should expect a senior business-development and client-management remit alongside fee-earning responsibilities.

Established partner with a demonstrable practice in energy, infrastructure or environmental law.
Track record of advising on project development, regulatory approvals, and related commercial transactions.
Strong client relationships and ability to originate or grow business; portable client base preferred.
Fluency in English; Mandarin skills or significant China market experience advantageous.
