Senior partner opportunity for an established energy and environmental lawyer to join a leading national practice in Boston. The role is focused on advising clients across the energy sector on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters, and expanding a market-facing environmental regulatory practice.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience with EPA and other federal/state regulatory frameworks, a strong track record of client counseling and business development, and the ability to lead matters and develop junior lawyers. The team serves a range of energy-sector clients and works on complex regulatory issues and enforcement matters.

The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business and offers partner-level support to grow the practice in New England.

Partner-level experience in energy and environmental law; established regulatory practice preferred
Proven experience with EPA and other federal/state regulatory agencies
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; experience bringing or growing a portable practice is a plus
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer; strong leadership and mentoring abilities
