Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Boston. The role will lead high‑value regulatory, transactional and permitting matters for clients across the energy and environmental sectors, working closely with a cross‑disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have an active practice in energy and/or environmental law, experience managing client relationships, and the ability to develop new business in the region. This is a leadership position with opportunities to shape team strategy and grow the practice.

Proven partner‑level experience in energy and/or environmental law.
Track record of leading complex regulatory, permitting or transactional matters and managing teams.
Business development experience and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain).
