Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Boston. The role focuses on advising energy-sector and environmental regulatory matters, engaging with project developers, operators, and corporate clients across transactional and regulatory work.

The team handles complex regulatory, permitting, compliance, and transactional matters across the energy and environmental space. The office is open to candidates based nationwide and to partners with a portable practice who can drive client relationships and new business.

Established partner with a strong track record in energy and/or environmental law.
Experience counseling clients on regulatory, permitting, compliance, and transactional matters in the energy sector.
Proven business development capability and experience managing client relationships and teams.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s); ability to work in the U.S. and travel as required.
