Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice with a focus on infrastructure matters. The role will be based in Boston but the team operates on a location‑agnostic basis, advising on complex project and regulatory matters across the U.S.

The successful candidate will lead client work, originate business and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams handling transactional, regulatory and permitting issues in the energy and infrastructure sectors. A portable practice is welcome and will be considered in the evaluation.

The firm offers market‑competitive billing structures and evaluates candidates on a sliding scale reflecting experience and book of business.

Established partner with a demonstrated practice in energy, environmental or energy infrastructure matters.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business encouraged.
Strong transactional and regulatory experience across project development, permitting and infrastructure transactions.
Bar admission or ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); excellent communication and team leadership skills.
