Senior hire to lead and grow an Energy & Environmental practice from the firm's Chemnitz office. The role combines client-facing advisory work on energy projects and regulatory matters with strategic business development and team leadership.

Work will cover regulatory compliance, permitting, project development and disputes across the energy and environmental spectrum, acting for a mix of corporate and public-sector clients. The firm is seeking an experienced partner with an established, portable practice who can both retain and expand client relationships locally and regionally.

Admitted to practice in Germany (local qualification required).
Proven senior-level experience in energy and environmental law, including regulatory and project work.
Demonstrable business development record and ability to bring a portable practice or client relationships.
Strong leadership and team management skills; fluent German and confident English.
