Seeking an experienced partner to join a well-established Chicago practice focused on energy, environmental and related tax matters. The role covers renewable energy project work, energy regulatory matters and maritime/construction advisory for energy-related infrastructure.

The partner will handle high-value transactional and regulatory matters, provide tax structuring advice where needed, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across practices. The firm is looking for a senior hire who can both lead complex matters and contribute to business development in the region.

Established partner track record in energy and related tax or regulatory work, ideally including renewable projects and energy infrastructure construction/maritime matters
Proven ability to lead client matters and manage cross-practice teams
Demonstrable business development skills and a portable practice or the ability to originate work
JD and active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
