Seeking a lateral partner to join the energy and environmental practice of a national firm’s Dallas office. The role focuses on advising energy-sector clients on regulatory, permitting and compliance matters as well as related environmental counseling and transactional support.

The team regularly handles complex regulatory matters and works with federal and state regulatory frameworks; candidates with substantive EPA or similar regulatory experience are especially relevant. This is a partner-level opening for a lawyer able to grow a practice within a broad platform and collaborate across disciplines.

Established partner with demonstrable energy and environmental practice experience.
Proven regulatory and environmental law background; experience with EPA or state regulatory matters preferred.
Track record of business development and ability to bring or grow client relationships/portable practice.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer admission.
