Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in the Dallas market. The role will focus on counseling clients on energy and environmental matters across transactional, regulatory, and compliance issues.

Open to candidates nationwide. The firm is particularly interested in partners who can bring a portable practice and who have a track record of client development in the energy or environmental sectors.

Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law.
Proven client development and business-generation abilities; portable book of business preferred.
Strong transactional, regulatory or compliance experience relevant to energy and environmental matters.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) or ability to become admitted.
Ability to lead teams, manage client engagements, and contribute to practice growth.
