The successful candidate will take a leadership role within a collaborative team, working on high‑profile projects and managing client relationships. There is an expectation of developing and expanding a portable practice consistent with the firm’s regional strategy.

Partner-level experience in energy and environmental law with a strong record of handling regulatory and transactional matters
Demonstrable client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to become admitted)
Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-value matters for corporate and infrastructure clients
