The position requires a senior lawyer to develop and lead transactional and regulatory work across energy and infrastructure projects, advising public- and private-sector clients on cross-border matters. The team handles complex regulatory, permitting and project-development issues alongside transactional mandates.
There is an expectation of bringing or building a portable practice; the search is for a partner capable of originating and growing client relationships within the sector.
- Established partner-level experience in energy, infrastructure or environmental law.
- Proven record of business development and client origination or demonstrable potential to build a portable practice.
- Strong technical skills in energy project work and related regulatory/permits matters.
- Admission to practise in Germany or equivalent EU/UK qualification, or the ability to obtain local admission.
- Experience leading teams and working on cross-border mandates.
