Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental, Geneva

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an energy and environmental practice from the firm's Geneva office. The role is client-facing and commercial: advising on project development, infrastructure transactions, regulatory and environmental matters across cross-border mandates.

The firm is seeking an entrepreneurial partner with an established, portable practice in energy and infrastructure-related work who can originate and manage complex mandates and contribute to business development across an international platform. The role is being recruited on a location‑agnostic basis with a Geneva seat.

• Proven partner-level experience in energy, environmental and infrastructure matters.
• Established, portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of originating work.
• Experience handling cross-border transactions and regulatory issues.
• Admission to practice in Switzerland or clear ability to become admitted; strong commercial judgment and client-management skills.
