Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a broad-based practice focusing on energy and environmental matters, with an emphasis on infrastructure projects and regulatory work. The role will handle complex transactional and permitting matters, advise developers and operators, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices.

The successful candidate will provide senior client counsel, develop business opportunities in the region, and help grow a team of associates and counsel. Portable client relationships are welcome and the role includes responsibility for origination and client management.

Established partner-level experience in energy, environmental, and infrastructure matters.
Proven track record of leading transactions, regulatory approvals, and cross-disciplinary team work.
Demonstrable client development skills; portable relationships or a demonstrable book of business are advantageous.
Bar admission in Pennsylvania or ability to waive in; strong regional market knowledge.
Leadership experience mentoring and managing lawyers and supporting business growth.
