Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental Litigation and Regulatory, New Jersey

Seeking a lateral partner to join a prominent US practice focusing on energy, infrastructure and environmental matters. The role combines litigation and regulatory work advising clients on disputes and compliance in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will join a team handling complex, high‑stakes matters for utilities, project sponsors and regulated entities. This is a client-facing partner role with responsibility for developing and leading matters, supervising teams, and growing a portable practice where applicable.

• Established partner with substantial experience in energy, environmental or infrastructure litigation and regulatory work
• Proven track record leading matters and managing litigation teams
• Comfortable advising on regulatory compliance and enforcement matters affecting energy or infrastructure clients
• Portable client relationships/ability to originate business preferred
• Bar admission in New Jersey or willingness to qualify in relevant US jurisdictions
