This opening is for a partner who will lead cases, develop client relationships, and work with a multidisciplinary team on complex enforcement, permitting, and transactional‑adjacent disputes. The team advises on both contentious and regulatory aspects of energy and environmental law.

• Established partner with a proven litigation track record in energy and/or environmental matters.
• Strong courtroom and briefing experience, including leading major hearings and depositions.
• Demonstrable client development ability; portable practice or clear capacity to originate business preferred.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or willingness to seek admission) and ability to work from the Austin office.
