Established international law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead a litigation practice focused on energy and environmental matters from its Chicago office. The role will involve handling high-stakes regulatory and civil litigation, counseling on environmental compliance, and representing clients across the energy sector.

The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial litigator able to develop and grow a regional practice, collaborate across national teams, and advise on complex regulatory and transactional disputes. Seat at partner level with demonstrable litigation leadership and courtroom experience.
Substantive background in environmental and/or energy regulatory disputes and complex civil litigation.
Proven track record of business development and ability to grow a portable practice.
Strong client management, writing, and litigation advocacy skills; experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
