A leading US law firm is seeking a team-oriented partner or counsel to join its Energy practice group. This is a lateral opportunity open across multiple offices nationwide, offering flexibility in base location.

The role focuses on electric and gas matters, with an emphasis on FERC regulatory work, Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) issues, and transactional matters. The group advises clients on complex energy regulatory and commercial matters spanning several regional markets.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
FERC regulatory experience
RTO (Regional Transmission Organization) experience
Transactional experience
Experience with MISO, PJM, and/or SPP preferred
Lobbying experience considered but not required
Partner or counsel-level seniority
