Senior lawyer sought to join a multi-office Energy practice focused on regulated electric and gas matters. The role is open across several U.S. offices and will sit within a collaborative team handling regulatory, transactional, and industry-facing work.
Ideal candidates will have substantive FERC and RTO experience and be comfortable on complex regulatory and transactional matters. Experience with MISO, PJM and/or SPP is a strong plus; lobbying experience will also be considered.
Candidates with an established, portable practice are encouraged to apply. The firm emphasizes teamwork and cross-office collaboration across its national Energy group.
- Partner or counsel-level experience in energy law, with demonstrated FERC and RTO regulatory expertise
- Transactional experience in electric/gas matters and familiarity with MISO, PJM and/or SPP preferred
- Lobbying or public policy experience considered an asset
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across offices; portable practice preferred
