Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking to hire a lateral partner to strengthen its insurance regulatory practice in the United States. This role is based in New York, Houston, or Washington, D.C., with flexibility for exceptional candidates based elsewhere. The firm is open to considering strong laterals who can bring a team of associates and counsel, and who will collaborate across the firm's insurance, M&A, digital assets, and other practice groups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong regulatory focus, a portable book of business, and a collaborative approach to deepening client relationships. Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Strong insurance regulatory experience, with a preference for candidates who can bring a team of associates and/or counsel.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and with other partners.
Experience developing and deepening client relationships, with a focus on long-term growth.
Open to considering exceptional laterals based in locations other than New York, Houston, or Washington, D.C.
