There are concurrent opportunities in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles for candidates with relevant sector experience; Silicon Valley hires will be sought for technology-related disputes, and the Los Angeles role has an emphasis on real estate litigation. The practice handles multinational matters and regulatory enforcement work, including sanctions and export-control issues.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level litigation experience handling complex international or multi-jurisdictional disputes
Track record in arbitration and courtroom advocacy; strong written and oral advocacy skills
Experience in trade/regulatory matters (sanctions, export controls), IP disputes or real estate litigation depending on office placement
