Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team focused on energy and environmental matters. The role will involve taking a leading role on high-value disputes and regulatory enforcement matters arising in the energy and environmental sectors.

The ideal candidate will build and lead a portable practice, working with cross-office teams on complex, bet-the-company litigation and regulatory matters. The position offers a platform to develop client relationships and to expand a practice within a broad energy-focused litigation group.

Established partner with deep litigation experience in energy and/or environmental matters
Proven record of leading teams on complex disputes and regulatory enforcement
Portable client relationships or demonstrable business origination ability
Strong advocacy, trial and written-pleadings experience; admitted to practice in New York
