Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boulder office to lead matters across energy, environmental, regulatory and related transactional work. The role combines courtroom and regulatory advocacy with transactional and compliance counseling for clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will run and grow a portable practice, supervise associates, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams on enforcement, permitting, transactional and litigation matters. This is a visible partner role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibility.

  • Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental matters, including regulatory and litigation work.
  • Demonstrated transactional experience relevant to energy/infrastructure projects and related permitting or compliance issues.
  • Proven trial or contested regulatory advocacy experience preferred.
  • Track record of originating and developing client relationships; a portable practice/ book of business is expected.
  • Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Boulder office.
