Law firm seeks a partner-level hire to lead and grow a cross-disciplinary energy and environmental practice from its Los Angeles office. The role focuses on energy transactions, energy tax, renewable energy projects, and related regulatory work, with additional matters in maritime and construction sectors.

The successful candidate will advise corporate and project clients on transactional, regulatory and tax issues, manage deal teams, and help expand a portable practice in energy/renewables and infrastructure. This is a partnership-track lateral role with significant responsibility for business development and client relationship management.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental work, including renewable energy and energy tax.
Experience with transactional, regulatory and project-related matters; exposure to maritime or construction-related disputes or contracts preferred.
Proven business-development capability; portable practice or book of business highly desirable.
Admission to the California bar (or eligibility) and ability to lead teams and client engagements.
