Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tax practice in the Los Angeles office. The role will focus on partner-level client work, managing complex tax matters and working across corporate and transactional teams.

The successful candidate will have a portable practice or demonstrable client-development capability and will play a visible role in growing the regional tax platform. Responsibilities include leading engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with colleagues across offices.

Established partner-level tax practice with significant experience advising on complex tax matters
Proven client-development skills; portable book of business preferred
Admitted to practice in California (or eligibility to transfer/admit)
Track record of supervising and mentoring associates and working on cross-practice transactions
LL.M in Tax or equivalent strong technical tax credentials preferred
