Lateral Partner — Tax, Los Angeles

Senior tax partner opportunity with a well-established national law firm’s Los Angeles tax practice. The role will focus on providing sophisticated tax advice to corporations, funds and high-net-worth individuals across transactional and planning matters.

We are seeking a partner with a portable tax practice who can lead engagements, develop client relationships and collaborate with cross-practice teams. This is a visible role with strategic responsibility for business development and matter delivery in the West Coast market.

• Established tax partner with significant experience in corporate, transactional or private client tax matters.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax law and experience counseling sophisticated commercial clients.
• Proven leadership skills, ability to mentor junior lawyers and work with partners across practices.
