Lateral Partner — Energy, Los Angeles

Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles energy practice. The role focuses on advising energy-sector clients across transactional, regulatory and project development matters, with opportunities to lead deals and manage a team.

The successful candidate will join an established group working on a broad range of oil & gas, power and renewables matters and will play a senior client-facing role. The office offers significant platform support and cross‑office collaboration on regional and national engagements.

• Established partner with significant experience in energy law (oil & gas, power, and/or renewables).
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice/book of business is required.
• Proven ability to lead transactions and supervise associates.
• Licensed in California (or eligible) and able to work from the Los Angeles office.
