Senior partner opportunity for an experienced energy and environmental transactional lawyer to join a busy Los Angeles practice. The role combines corporate transactional work with energy and infrastructure matters, advising developers, sponsors and other commercial parties across project development, acquisitions and regulatory interfaces.

The position requires strong origination and client-management capabilities, leading deal teams and working closely with environmental and corporate colleagues across the firm. This is a visible role for a rainmaker who can shape strategy, grow the book and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading energy/infrastructure transactions and related corporate work
• Deep knowledge of environmental and energy regulatory issues affecting project development and finance
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development experience
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in the state
