Partner — Real Estate Litigation & Construction (Los Angeles / Orange County / Palo Alto / San Diego)

Top-tier regional firm seeks a lateral partner to join its West Coast real estate litigation and construction practice. The role focuses on leading contested matters, supervising associates, and expanding a complex construction-related litigation practice across multiple California offices.

Work will include handling high-stakes commercial real estate disputes, construction defect and contract claims, and appellate matters. The team litigates at trial and on appeal for a mix of owner, developer, contractor and insurer clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate litigation and construction disputes
• Track record of trial and appellate advocacy and supervising teams
• Demonstrable business development skills and client management experience
• Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and willingness to work across multiple CA offices
