We are conducting a search for a Lateral Partner to join a National Law Firm's Employment & Labor practice in Los Angeles or San Francisco. This role focuses on defending employers in PAGA actions and wage-and-hour class action litigation in California. The San Francisco office specifically seeks a candidate with significant trial experience.

The firm's Labor & Employment department is expanding nationally under new leadership and is actively hiring across multiple offices. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative platform with transparent compensation practices and no mandatory retirement age. The firm expects attorneys to work from the office at least three days a week (or an average of three days, accommodating travel schedules).

Deep experience defending PAGA and wage-and-hour class actions in California.
For the San Francisco role: proven trial experience is required.
Strong portable book of business and established client relationships.
Excellent academic credentials and a record of high-quality work.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
