Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental, Los Angeles

Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Los Angeles. The role will focus on counseling energy and infrastructure clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters across the U.S.

The partner will join a team that handles cross-disciplinary matters involving environmental permitting, project development, and regulatory risk management for the energy and infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity to lead engagements, develop business and mentor junior lawyers within a sizable practice group.

• Admission to practice in California (or eligible for admission)
• Established partner with a demonstrable energy/environmental practice
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable business welcomed
• Strong regulatory, transactional and client-facing skills; ability to mentor and lead teams
