Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental, Miami

Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Miami. The role will focus on regulatory and environmental matters for energy-sector clients, including matters involving EPA and related federal/state regulatory frameworks.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that handles transactions, regulatory counseling and compliance work for energy clients across the region. This is an opportunity to play a senior client-facing role in a well-established practice group.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in the energy or environmental regulatory space are encouraged to apply.

• Partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with regulatory and EPA-related matters
• Proven record of advising energy clients on environmental compliance, permitting or enforcement matters
• Established client relationships or a portable practice preferred
• Active bar admission in the U.S. (Florida admission or willingness to obtain) and excellent communication skills
