Leading national law firm is opening a partner role in its Morristown office to grow its Energy and Environmental practice. The role will focus on environmental regulatory work and energy matters across state and federal forums, with opportunities to advise developers, operators and other industry clients.

The practice is expanding locally and the firm seeks a partner to lead client development, supervise matter teams, and help build the office’s presence in the region. A portable practice is welcome; the firm is specifically looking for candidates who can bring or grow client relationships.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including regulatory, permitting, enforcement, or related transactional matters.
Proven client-development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and expand client relationships.
Track record of supervising teams and managing matters to completion across state and federal regulatory processes.
Active bar admission(s) in relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong professional references.
