Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy New York team handling energy and environmental matters. The role involves leading client engagements, developing strategy across regulatory, transactional and contentious work, and growing a portable practice in the sector.

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary group advising corporate, developer and institutional clients on complex regulatory, permitting, compliance and transactional issues. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for originating and expanding business.

Established partner with a demonstrable energy and/or environmental practice.
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience across regulatory, transactional and contentious matters in the energy/environmental space.
Licensed to practice in New York (or eligible) and able to work from the New York office.
