Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established U.S. law firm’s Energy and Environmental practice in Orlando. The role will focus on counseling energy-sector clients on regulatory, permitting, compliance, and transactional matters, with an emphasis on environmental statutes and administrative proceedings.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established practice or portable client relationships in the energy or environmental space; candidates with EPA, state regulatory, or similar government-facing experience are especially welcome. The position offers a combination of client work, team leadership, and business development responsibility.

Partner-level experience practicing energy and environmental law (regulatory, permitting, compliance, and related transactional work)
Track record of client development and ability to grow a portable practice
Experience with EPA or state environmental regulatory processes preferred
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Florida
