Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Phoenix. The role will focus on counseling energy industry clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters across the environmental and energy lifecycle.

The team advises on permitting, regulatory defense, project development and related commercial matters. The group works closely with industry clients and cross-practice teams; the Phoenix office is open to experienced partners nationwide.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law (regulatory, permitting, compliance and transactional work)
Proven client-development and relationship-management skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcomed
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work on matters across multiple states
